Қазақстандық Дәулет Түлеубаев АҚШ президенті Дональд Трамппен Ақ үйде кездесті. Дәулет Стэнфорд университетінің гольфшілер тобында жарысқа түсіп, NCAA дивизионында жеңімпаз атаныпты. АҚШ президенті топтың ойынына қайран қалыпты, деп хабарлайды stan.kz ақпарат агенттігі.

"Бұл америкалық колледждер арасында ұйымдастырылған жарыс болатын. Біздің топта мені қосқанда 5 адам болдық. Біздің топтың жеңіске жетуіне мен де өз үлесімді қоса алдым. Бұл біздің ортақ жеңісіміз", - деді Дәулет Түлеубаев.
Қазақстандық жасөспірімнің оқуда және спортта жеткен жеңісіне әлемдік университеттер назарларын аударыпты. АҚШ-тың Гарвард, Дьюк және Принстон университеттері Дәулетті білім алуға шақырған, бірақ ол Стэнфордты таңдапты.
Дәулет NCAA дивизионына қатысқан ең бірінші қазақстандық екен. Оның айтуынша, ол әлемге танымал жарыста Қазақстанды таныта алу үлкен мақтаныш. Сонымен қатар гольф елімізде енді дамып келе жатқан жас спорт екендігін жеткізді.
Атап кетерлік жайт, NCAA - АҚШ және Канаданың ЖОО мен колледждарын біріктіретін АҚШ-тың ұлттық университеттік спорттық ассоциясы.
